二、Analysis of the learners :(说学习者)
We are facing the 5 to 6-year-old little kids who just graduated from the kindergarten ,and they can not tell the difference between kindergarten and the primary school.sometimes they even don’t know how to behave in the cla.So ,I think the most important thing for me to do is to attract their interests and make them love English and feel confident in this subject .so ,I will play some interesting games with them ,show them the funny cartoon movie and role the plays in the text or have a competation.we should not only focus on the language point itself ,but also set up the real circumstance where I can encourage them to expre themselves better .What I try my best to do is to arouse the kids’ interests and protect their enthusiasm。
三、Analysis of the teaching methods (说教法) says that during the Foundation Education period ,the total goal for English leon is to improve the pupils’ ability of comprehensive using language .It promotes task teaching structure .According to the little kids’ physical and psychological characteristics of keeping curios ,active and imitating and showing themselves .I adopt the “task –research—construct ” teaching methods and organize the cla to focus on the importance and solve the difficulties .I give the pupils an open and relaxed circumstance in which they can learn to observe ,think and discu .during this procedure ,the pupils’ ability of thinking and using language is developed very well .

Analysis of teaching material.This leon includes two parts: Let’s talk and let’s practice.In section 1, it mainly deals with the dialogue about “What’s in the schoolbag?” and the answers. And in section 2, it provides a real situation for the Ss to practice the pattern: How many +n.(pl.)+ do you have? And the answer: I have 23 +n.(pl.) Such a topic is related to daily life, so it is helpful to raise the learning interest of students and it will also help to improve their spoken English.So this unit forms connecting links with a special meaning in this book The teaching aims are established according to the New Curriculum of Primary School English.There are 3 kinds of aims here.Teaching aims 1.knowledge aims

After presenting the new words and new sentences, the students need some activities to practice them.Students love games so much.Games can create a cheerful and light-hearted environment and arouse students’ interest in learning English.So in this part, I prepare three games.And during games, can earn cards.And 30 cards, no homework.So games can also foster Ss’ consciousne of good co-operation and proper competition 1.Hide the hands: call student A to come to the front with his back to the rest.I will show sA a word card, as soon as his answer is correct, he can quickly turn around and find someone whose hands are still can be seen.

As we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in primary school is to cultivate pupils’ basic abilities of listening and speaking and their good sense of the English language.So in this leon I’ll mainly use “Task-based” teaching method.That is to say, I will let the Ss learn in real situations, finish a task by making a survey to help the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue.I will arrange four kinds of activities: singing, gueing game, finishing a survey and having a competition.And in this leon a recorder, CAI, school things and a printed form will be
needed.Students should prepare some school things.
VI.Teaching procedures and purposes of my designing.
I’ll finish this leon in five steps.
Step 1.Warm-up and preview
1.Free talk between T and Ss about things in the claroom.
2.Sing the song together: Books and pencils.
3.Do some TPR, for example: Show me your English book.Show me your crayon.
4.Review the numbers by asking: “How many crayons do you have?”
Purpose: It is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by singing and doing some total physical response and at the same time it provides situations to review learned knowledge for the next step.
Step 2.Presentation
Now I’ll mainly talk about this step.
1.Present the pattern: “My schoolbag is heavy.” “What’s in it?.”
(1) Show a bag and say: “Look! I have a bag.” Carry it and say: “Oh, it is heavy.My schoolbag is heavy.” Help the Ss understand the meaning with the help of my body language.Then lead the Ss to read the sentence.Make sure they can say it correctly.
(2) T: My schoolbag is heavy.
Open the bag and say: “What’s in it? What’s in my schoolbag?”
Take out a Chinese book.Then do the action again.Let the Ss read the sentence.
2.Play a gueing game.Divide the whole cla into four groups to have a competition.Let them gue: What’s in the bag? How many? Purpose: To present the key structures one by one is much easier for the Ss to learn and grasp the meanings.Proper competition can arouse the Ss’ interest in English learning.
3.With the help of the CAI to present the dialogue.Set a situation to help Ss understand: Two Ss are coming.One girl is carrying a heavy bag on her back.They are talking.
Girl: My schoolbag is heavy.
Boy: What’s in it?
Girl: 20 story-books, 32 pencil, 9 rulers, 12 crayons and 30 picture-books.Etc.Boy: What will you do?
Girl: They are for the poor.
Boy: Great! I’ll bring some school things too.
The boy comes back home and puts a lot of things into the bag.Then he goes to school again and gives them to a teacher.While he is taking them out, he is counting the numbers of all things.The teacher says: Thank you soooooooo much.
4.Mention that we should take care of the poor.
5.Play the caette.Let the Ss listen and imitate the dialogue.
Pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation.Purpose: CAI can provide a real situation for the Ss to understand the dialogue and the relationships between people better.Tell the Ss we should show our loveline to the Ss.
Step 3.Practice
Divide Ss into groups of six children.Each one would finish the printed form by asking and answering: How many storybooks do you have? 非常感谢郭老师能给我们全县小学英语教师提供这次学习和交流的机会。并且非常有幸能够成为今天微型课比赛的评委。今天六位老师的课真的是精彩纷呈,各有千秋。有以下几大亮点:
1.参赛教师都年轻活力,教态亲切自然,精神饱满。优雅稳重的张燕老师;
活泼大方的罗思老师;
从容时尚的张洋老师;
亲切自然的郑娇老师;
清新甜美的汪红梅老师以及热情活力的王芳老师都给我们留下了美好的印象。
2.老师们都能深度挖掘教材,合理利用各种教学资源,丰富了教学内容和形式。每位教师都制作了精美的课件,并且能够熟练操作多媒体。课件中无论是图片,声音,还是视频都能使用得当,实用而不繁琐。另外,张燕老师还利用了头饰,实物,汪红梅、王芳老师还自制了实用教具,充分体现了教师们的全面的教学技能。
3.老师们都努力营造了接近生活的各种语言情景,使学生充分理解和掌握语言的真实意义和用法。张洋老师用图片帮助学生直观地理解名词复数的意义和用法;
罗思老师用孩子熟悉的卡通人物“一休”帮助学生理解clever一词;
王芳老师通过现场演绎骑马舞,教学I am dancing.帮助学生理解现在进行时态;
汪红梅老师更是带领学生游览祖国大好河山,帮助学生充分理解和掌握用比较级谈论事物之间的差异。
几点不足与建议与大家共勉:
1.个别老师板书时书写潦草,没有给学生良好的示范。小学生模仿能力强,老师就是学生的镜子,学生就是老师的影子。所以作为一位小学老师,我们一定要加强基本功训练,给学生良好的示范。
2.2011版新课标强调要以学生为中心,尽可能发挥学生的主体作用,让学生通过感知、体验、参与,在语言实践中表达自己的真实意愿。所以老师在教学中应该给学生思考的空间,放手让学生自己表达。比如,有一位教师在学习了nice, naughty,clever 等词后,让学生介绍自己的同学时,不要给学生都贴上“标签”。也许你认为的naughty的孩子,别人就认为He is very nice.总之,今天的这次比赛,无论是为参赛老师,还是听课老师,或者是评委,都提供了一次极好的专业提升的平台。我和大家一样受益匪浅。
教研会的体会与启发
今天,听完六节赏心悦目的微型课以及赛后评委代表的精彩点评,我忐忑的心才终于平静下来。面对县内小学英语教师严重缺乏,多数小学英语课时不能达标的现状,举办这次小学英语微型课比赛真的是一次挑战。而且本次比赛的主题是中小学英语教学衔接,参赛课必须是高段的课,而且必须使用多媒体课件。可是,我亲爱的老师们,是你们的青春活力,是你们的辛勤付出,是你们的不懈努力,让身为小学英语教研员的我感慨万千,感触颇多。
一、合理开发课程资源,精心设计课堂活动。
现在的课堂上,教师都增大了语言的输入量,教学资源更加丰富了,多媒体的应用给学生创造了许多真实情景。根据学生的特点,设计有效的课堂活动,提高了课堂质量。教师们全英语组织教学,不但有利于自身英语水平的提升,也有利于培养学生用英语思维的习惯。虽然是微型课,但我仿佛看到了学生强烈的学习欲望被激发,他们在老师布置的任务中有出色地表现,我们都追求一个目标——让学生真正学到知识并运用知识,感受到学习英语的乐趣,不能只搞花样活动,而没有实效。
二、学生是课堂的主体,课堂是学生的舞台。
以前老师在黑板上写,学生在本子上抄。老师是中心,课堂气氛不活跃,每个人在那里自己默默地学。今天从汪红梅、王芳和张洋老师的课堂设计中,我看到了学生已成为课堂的主人,参与老师组织的各项活动,师生间、生生间积极交流。体验英语学习给他们带来的快乐。“以人为本,以学生为中心”的教学理念是新课程改革所倡导的。老师积极贯彻了这一新的教学理念。教师们亲切自然的语言,像朋友一样与学生交谈。在这样平等的、民主的课堂氛围中,学生还能有紧张的心理吗?畅所欲言是必定的了,学习效果可想而知。课堂效率大大地提高。
三、重视评价,关注学生的情感。
英语课并不是简单地知识的累加,而是一个综合体。每一单元的内容都是有思想的,都是很好的教育材料,把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。现在学生的学习压力很大,简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义,有些学生态度冷淡,情感脆弱,关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。老师们都考虑到了对学生的情感教育。一句句鼓励的话,让我眼前一亮。
四、精彩点评,促教师共同发展
“三人行,必有我师”。
参赛的老师都是各个学校选派的优秀教师。可是在听课的老师当中有不少是半路改行教英语的老师。同伴的优点有哪些?如何取人之长,补己之短。赛后老师们各抒己见,在其乐融融的交谈中道出了心中的困惑。评委代表陈雪梅老师精彩的点评为他们指引了学习的方向。在老师们频频点头示意和会心的微笑中,我已经看到了他们奋斗的决心和动力。
怎样才能上出让更精彩的课?怎样才能让老师们专业技能更上一个台阶?怎样才能为老师们搭建更好的学习交流的平台?怎样才能让小学英语健康向上发展?我深知路漫漫其修远兮,让我和老师们共同努力,多学习,走出自我这个狭窄的区域,那么我们必将看到小学英语明媚的蓝天!

Teaching Reflections 小学开设英语课是当代社会发展的需要,可以有效地提高我国英语水平。小学生模仿力、记忆力、可塑性强,具有许多成年人甚至中学生不具备的优越条件,小学开设英语可以发挥他们学习语言的潜力。小学开设英语课可以使小学生了解其他国家和民族的优秀文化传统,开阔眼界,扩展他们的知识,提高他们的思想品德修养,树立国际意识。因此,我市已经从小学三年级开始开设英语课,采用的是PEP教材。这套教材把语言功能、结构、话题、任务有机结合,采用了多种教学方法,并注意利用多种媒体。
本堂课中间主要还采用了课前运动,分组比赛,分组演练,游戏活动,等一系列形式来进行这节课的教学,其主要目的在于培养三年级学生对英语产生浓郁的学习兴趣。俗话说:“兴趣是最好的老师”。我要说,兴趣也是学习好英语的前提,当然任何事物都是这样。除此之外,逐步认知身体部位的新授单词以及本课的重点句型 “This is my…”。
因为每一个环节的紧凑安排,合理的分散重,难点等环节,使学生不自觉的在欢快的氛围当中已经做到了学以致用,这也是我的目的所在。不过,我觉得在一些细节操作上仍然有所欠缺。在小组练习句型游戏时,学生对新句型掌握不太牢固,因而有些学生说出来的时候不是那么准确。在以后的教学中,我会努力加强个人文化知识的学习以及让学生有效及时地掌握理解新知识,巩固旧知识,让课堂变得更加生动形象有趣。

一、导言
英语说课是英语教学中的重要一环,也是衡量一位英语教师对教材的把握、分析及教师本人对上课进程的宏观控制能力的有力手段,能从理论上指导教师贯彻教学大纲,真正做到教与学相结合,将教材、大纲、教师、学生、课堂融为有机整体,对不断提高教师教学能力和教研能力,有着突出的作用。
二、说课的基本原则
1.遵循教学大纲要求,明确说课内容。把握说课与上课的区别与联系,正确理解教材、教案说课、上课之间的层进关系,走出说课即是“说教案”的误区。

Good morning, everybody! I’m glad to share my teaching with you .It includes five parts in my teaching.I.Contents:
Firstly, I talk about my contents.Today I’m going to talk about Phonetics.This leon includes two parts: Let’s talk and let’s practice.In section 1, it mainly deals with the dialogue about “What’s your name?” , “How are you?”and the answers.And in section 2, I play some games with students.
II.Teaching aims
Secondly, I talk about teaching aims.1.Aims on the knowledge (1) To enable the Students to understand what phonetics are: “They are like pinyin in Chinese you, they make up English words.” Make sure that Students can understand the meaning and functions of phonetics. (2) To help Students to know about the 48 phonetics.(3) Let Students know how to pronounce the 48 phonetics.2.Aims on the abilities (1) To develop Ss’ abilities of listening and reading..(2) To train the Ss’ ability of working in groups.
(3) To foster Ss’ abilities of communication and their innovation.(4) To develop Ss’ abilities of reading phonetics and words correctly.3.Aims on the emotion (1)To foster Ss’ consciousne of good co-operation and proper competition.(2) To lead Ss to show their loveline to the poor.
III.Key-points of this leon (1) To help Ss read the 48 phonetics correctly.(2) To let Ss read words correctly by themselves.(2) To enable Ss to study in groups and co-operate skillfully. (3) To develop Ss’ interest in English.
IV.Difficult points (1) To help the Ss learn and read the 48 phonetics (2) To make sure they can read the phonetics and words correctly.
V.Teaching procedures and purposes of my designing. I’ll finish this leon in five steps.Step 1.Warm-up and preview 1.Free talk between T and Ss about things in the claroom.2.Sing the song together: A,B,C songs 3.Do some TPR, for example: Show me your English book.Show me your crayon.4.Review the numbers by asking: “How many crayons do you have?”

Purpose: It is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by singing and doing some total physical response and at the same time it provides situations to review learned knowledge for the next step.
Step 2.Presentation Now I’ll mainly talk about this step.
1.Ask Ss questions: “What is pinyin?” “What’s the functions of pinyin?” “What are phonetics?” “How many phonetics are there in English?”
(1) Tell them the function of phonetics just like the function of pinyin in Chinese.Make sure they can understand.(2) Let Ss retell the meaning and function of phonetics.
2.Play a gueing game.Use the magic scior to divide the whole cla into two groups to have a competition.Let them gue: How many phonetics in English? Purpose: To present the key structures one by one is much easier for the Ss to learn and grasp the meanings.Proper competition can arouse the Ss’ interests in English learning.3.Let each group pick a presenter to play the game: write 26 small English letters on the blackboard.The group who write the letters quicker and correct can win the game and win a smiling face for the group.4.Learn the 17 consonant firstly.
(1).delete five vowel phonetics: a, e,i,o,u .Remember skill: Aunt likes to eat fish.(2).delete “q”.It is fake when p is looking itself in the mirror.Remember skill: 3.15 against fake.(3).delete “c”.It is a playboy, it has two pronounces in word“ice-cream”
(4).delete “y”.It is a worse playboy, it has three pronounces in words: snowy, sky, yes (5).delete “x”.It seldom plays with others.5.Do a summary.We delete 9 letters from 26 letters.The left are the 17 consonants we learn today.6.Invite Ss to put clothes “ | | ” on 17 letters, then they are the phonetics.7.Teach Ss how to read phonetics.|b|&|p|

Step 3.Practice Let Ss read the phonetics I pick group by group.
Purpose: To check the knowledge Ss have learned in this period.
Step 4.Homework 1.Practice the pronounces of 17 consonant phonetics, find a word to match each phonetics 2.Recite and dictation the 17 consonant phonetics.
Purpose: Revision is so important that Ss should speak English as much as they as in cla or after cla.It is neceary for the Ss to do some extensive exercises after cla to consolidate the knowledge they learned.
