For your safety,this aircraft is fully equipped with emergency equipments.We will explain the location and method of use.There are
eight emergency exits located on the left and right sides respectively.They are identified by the exit signs.
Life jackets are under your seats.In case of emergency,
put the jacket over your head,then bring the straps from behind
you to the front as the attendant is demonstrating.
Fasten the straps and pull tight.The jacket will be automatically
inflated by pulling the two red tabs at the bottom.
There are two mouth pieces inside the life jacket which can be
used to inflate the vest by blowing air into them.The oxygen masks arein panel over your head.If there is any change in the preure,
the masks will fall automatically.The masks are as shown.
When the masks fall,pull one of them to your face.
Cover your nose and mouth then breath normally.
Place the strap over your head to keep the mask in place.
If you have an infant,put your mask on first,then put the infant"s mask on.Each seat is provided wiht seat belts.Please keep them fasted
whenever seated.Just pull the buckle to unfasten them.

氧气面罩储藏在您的座椅上方。发生紧急情况时面罩会自动脱落。氧气面罩脱落后，请用力向下拉面罩，将面罩罩在口鼻处，把带子套在头上进行正常呼吸。
Your oxygen mask is in the compartment over your head.It will drop in front of you automatically when needed.If you see the mask, pull the mask toward you.Place the mask over your nose and mouth and slip the elastic band over your head.Within a few seconds the oxygen flow will begin.座位上安全带使用时请将连接片插入锁扣内，当飞机起飞、着陆和飞行中遇到颠簸以及“系好安全带”指示灯亮时，请您将安全带扣好系紧。解开时，先将锁口打开，然后拉出连接片。Please make sure your seat belt is securely fastened during taxiing, take-off, landing and encountering air turbulence or whenever the Fasten Seat Belt signs are ON.

【摘要】本文针对企业上岗培训、社会培训中心的迅猛发展给高职院校空中乘务专业学历教育带来的挑战，对高职空中乘务学历教育与企业职业培训进行对比分析，提出了空乘学历教育应对挑战的对策。

中国民航业的迅猛发展给开设了空中乘务专业的高职院校带来了难得的发展机遇，但这一专业在发展中也遇到了一定困难。目前开设空中乘务专业的非民航高职院校面临的最大问题就是毕业生的就业问题。姑且不论这些院校之间的竞争，单是各大航空公司的招乘方式就给空中乘务学历教育带来了极大挑战。航空公司有两种招乘方式，一是到各大、中专院校招聘空中乘务专业毕业生。前几年以这种方式为主，毕业生就业比较宽松，但现在要求越来越严格。二是实行社会海选，培训上岗，各航空公司对面向社会招来的准空姐进行三个月左右的培训，合格者就成为公司的空中乘务人员。由此产生了一批培训乘务员的社会职业培训中心，这也是对学历教育的挑战。那么空中乘务学历教育与职业培训的区别在哪里？企业职业培训、社会培训中心、空中乘务学历教育孰优孰劣？空中乘务学历教育如何迎接挑战，寻找机遇？本文从高职空中乘务学历教育与企业职业培训的优劣入手，分析空中乘务学历教育如何趋利避害，应对挑战。
一、高职院校空中乘务专业学历教育面临的挑战
1、企业职业培训重视能否尽快上岗，忽视员工职业生涯规划；
高职学历教育应强调职业生涯规划。企业职业培训只注重训练员工的上岗技能，缺乏对员工的职业生涯规划，员工可能终身只是一名普通的空中乘务员。民航企业招聘的乘务员，其教育程度包括了高中学历、大专学历、本科学历甚至研究生学历。其中，高中学历的员工经过培训成为一名初级乘务员，而且大部分永远局限在这一岗位，一旦身体条件不适应空中工作，则面临失业的危险。大专与本科学历但所学并非服务专业的员工则很难向空中乘务这个服务工作转变，所学专业几乎作废，一切都在工作中重新开始，很多人对未来的职业发展充满困惑。研究生学历的员工则大都把空中乘务工作作为跳板，随时准备寻找新的职业机会。有很多研究生学历的空乘人员有意在外航锻炼几年，合同期满便另谋高就。
空中乘务学历教育则注重学生的乘务职业能力培养，包括专业能力、求职能力、适应能力和创新能力，并对学生进行合理的职业生涯规划；
同时使学生掌握一些管理知识，以便其中的优秀者能胜任客舱部经理等更高职务。比如：按初级乘务员的要求进行实训实习；
按带班乘务长的要求进行技能准备和知识积累；
按企业普通乘务员的最高级别——乘务教员的要求进行综合能力培养。学历教育还为面试不合格而不能成为空中乘务员的学生做了灵活就业的相关知识准备。
2、企业职业培训依托企业培训基地，实操培训较好；
高职学历教育强调综合素质培养，实操训练欠缺。空中乘务的培训尤其是实操培训，一般是在航空公司招聘新雇员后进行。一般航空公司只需约三个月的上岗培训，就可以让老员工对新员工进行带飞，带飞期满后合格就可单独上岗。企业多拥有良好的乘务员培训基地，包括模拟客舱、模拟飞行环境、水上救生设备、各种应急设备甚至各种机型的飞机等，培训教师是航空公司乘务员出身的资深乘务专家。这种几乎仿真的企业培训使学员能快速掌握工作要领并适应即将面临的工作。对于高中学历的学员，企业的人才培养成本很低。
空中乘务学历教育是一种职业教育，而不是企业技能训练项目。民航运输业具有较强的专业性，空中乘务员绝不是简单意义的服务员，而是集安全、医护、导游、服务于一体，尤其是要了解与航空服务有关的专业知识，为此学历教育更强调学生综合能力的培养。但在实操培训方面，学历教育普遍缺乏培训设施，因为空中乘务培训基地的建设需要大量资金，而非民航所属院校是没有能力修建这些设施的，唯一的渠道是修建诸如模拟客舱之类的简单设施，满足校园实训要求，进一步的训练则需寻求与企业的合作。而民航出于企业利益考虑，很难与地方院校真诚合作，因此学历教育只要求通过训练使学员掌握基本的客舱服务要领，养成良好的礼貌礼仪和行为规范习惯，使空中乘务专业毕业生达到初级乘务员水平。相对企业培训而言，学历教育的人才培养成本较高。
二、高职院校空中乘务专业学历教育应对挑战的策略
学历教育与企业培训各有优劣，虽然空中乘务学历教育的优势是企业培训难以企及的，但如果开办空中乘务专业的高职院校不认清这种严峻的竞争形势，不充分发挥自己的优势，弥补自身的不足，则高职空中乘务学历教育有可能在市场竞争中被淘汰出局。
1、从企业本位的思想出发，超越企业训练，实施教育性职业教育。近年航空公司从空中乘务专业毕业生中招聘员工的标准越来越高，他们认识到企业培训的不足，因而选择毕业生时非常重视学生的综合素质。现在一些职业院校热衷于训练性职业教育，把企业三个月的培训内容拉长到三年来完成，这种教育并不比企业训练高明，因为后者的用人风险成本更低，利益权衡自然使企业对前者不感兴趣。所以，职业院校应实施教育性职业教育，注重培养学生的综合素质，这也是学历教育的优势所在。空中乘务专业应加强英语及多种语言的教学，注重形体、美容化妆、礼节礼貌、服务技能的教学和职业养成教育；
在实践教学方面注重职业技能训练。
2、重视教师专业技能培训，引进有空乘工作经历又有教师资格的“双师型”人才。目前制约空中乘务专业学历教育发展的瓶颈就是师资问题。大部分院校都缺乏有职业背景的教师，关键是学历高的教师没有空中乘务工作经历，有空中乘务工作经历而又具备高校教师资格的人员少之又少。因此，派教师到航空公司学习以获得资格证书是一种不错的选择，如果能引进有空中乘务职业背景的教师当然更好。
3、建设和维护模拟客舱等实践教学基地，加强实践实训教学。非民航所属高职院校都是近几年适应市场需求而开办空中乘务学历教育的，普遍缺乏空中乘务实践教学设施设备。有的民办院校采取和办证机构合作的方式，把学生送到有发证资格的企业上职业技能课，获得初级乘务员证书，这样可以不必引进职业技能教师，又不必修建实践教学设施，办学成本相对较低，但不便于学校对学生进行有效管理，而且学生花费极大，造成空中乘务专业的学费居高不下。而且，把实践教学一劳永逸地推向企业或发证机关，会让学生觉得学历教育不过如此，还不如直接进社会培训中心或培训企业。以职业为导向的高等职业教育要求教学以应用为重，在教学中应安排大量的实操训练。高职院校必须建设自己的实践教学基地，修建并维护好诸如模拟客舱、游泳池及救生设施、计算机CBT系统等设施设备，以便学生能在校内完成基本职业技能训练，实施职业养成教育。
4、针对空中乘务专业的特殊性，实施半军事化管理。企业对空中乘务员的外貌有较高要求，美丽端庄、苗条健康是空中乘务专业学生入学的基本条件。很多高职院校为了保证学生的外表符合企业要求都提前面试，合格后根据高考成绩择优录取，由此造成本专业学生文化课成绩良莠不齐，绝大部分学生文化基础较差，自我管理能力不强。而民航企业对空中乘务员的管理非常严格，绝不允许自由散漫，在招聘院校毕业生时特别注意学生的基本素质和
自我管理能力。民航企业甚至更热衷于进行社会海选，让空中乘务专业学生与社会其他专业学生一起面试，择优录取。高职院校在学生就业竞争越来越激烈的前提下，必须对本专业学生进行半军事化管理，对学生起床、出操、早读、上课、午休、就寝等严格要求，使其养成良好的生活习惯，这样培养出来的毕业生能很快适应就业后的艰苦工作和严格管理。毕业生的良好素质有助于提升高职院校专业办学的品牌，使高职学历教育在竞争中立于不败之地。企业职业培训和社会培训中心的迅猛发展，加之院校之间的竞争，给高职空中乘务专业学历教育带来了极大挑战。空中乘务专业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，必须充分发挥学历教育的优势，取长补短，促进自身的发展。
