今天能有这个机会与大家进行学习、交流，我感到很荣幸。
我踏上工作岗位已经有11年了，由于工作的需要，三年前我开始教小学英语。下面就说说我在英语教学中的几点做法，有不当的地方希望在座的各位领导和老师给予指正。

我认为一堂好的英语课应从这几个方面去努力,去规划和设计：.
一,运用灵活多变的教学方法,导入新课
俗话说：良好的开端是成功的一半。因此我都巧设开头，先声夺人，用最短的时间，进入最佳的学习状态。我经常采用：
1、歌曲式导入，
2、提问式导入，
3、图片、幻灯等电教手段导入，
4、悬念式导入，
5、复习式导入等等。这样的导入，往往给学生带来亲切的感觉，留下难忘的印象，富有艺术性的开端，可以使学生自然地进入学习新知识的情境，并能激发学生学习情感，兴趣和求知欲望。
二、创设真实丰富多彩的情景,感知运用语言
在小学英语教学中，创设情境让学生感知语言，在真实情境中运用语言会收到意想不到到的效果。在课堂中我经常利用多种教具和手段来突破教学重点和难点，把文字、声音、图像等融为一体，创设学生主动参与语言交际活动的情境，让学生走入情境、理解情境、表演情境以此突破语言观。学生在真实的情境中更容易进入角色，课堂气氛也异常活跃。
我要求学生善于利用语言、表情、动作、体态，并借助生活中的具体事物来创设出丰富多彩的语言情景，让学生在情景化的教学氛围中感知—模拟－巩固－反复，最后达到学会交际的目标。如在教学低年级的打招呼用语时，我设计了向七个小矮人打招呼的情景，请学生带上头饰扮演小矮人，还配上了欢乐的“士兵进行曲”，学生见到了童话中熟悉的人物乐不可支，争先恐后地运用学到的英语同他们打招呼,积极地调动了他们的主观能动性。
三、充分利用课外时间,营造运用英语舞台
小学英语一周四节课的教学，从时间量的高度来说，确实少之可怜，学生掌握语言大，运用语言的机会少。
课外的学科活动可以充实与丰富学生的学习生活。开阔视野，增强学习的趣味性、集体的凝聚力、同学间的互助与竞争，我的具体做法有:
（1）开展“英语角”活动。在每周的适当时候，将全校的英语爱好者聚集起来，开展“英语角”活动，在活动中让学生按某个话题或是自由地说英语，鼓励他们多说，不要怕说错，以此达到训练说的目的。
（2）编排英语短剧。我还让学生编排一些比较简单的英语短剧，在时机成熟时，我就组织全校的学生参加英语短剧表演比赛，请其他老师和学生的家长一起来观看学生的演出，让学生在老师和家长面前充分展示学习成果，体验能听懂、会说英语的乐趣，激发他们进一步学习英语的欲望。
总而言之, 要让学生乐于学英语，善于学英语，真正成为学习英语的小主人,并让学生在每堂课的教学中能始终保持一种积极向上的学习动机，在完成任务的过程中体验学习成功的愉悦，以完善和发展学生的综合能力。

对于文科班的学生来说，最吃力，同时最拉分的两门学科就是数学和英语，英语在包括中考、高考、研究生考试以及大学英语
四、六级考试中都占有很大的分值，且不说英语作为一种工具，它对于我们升学、工作、求职有重大意义。特别是初中底子就没打好的学生学起英语来更是难上加上，经常有学生跑来跟我哭诉，“老师，我其他科目都很好，就是英语不想学，不知道怎么学，我初中英语课根本没听过”“老师，为什么我昨天刚记得单词今天就忘光了，单词该怎么记啊？”“怎么学课文呢？”

那么对于基础薄弱的学生来说，老师肯定是没有时间讲初中的东西，毕竟要考虑到其他学生，只能说在平时讲课的时候讲的更基础些，更细些，更多的是靠学生自己下去花时间，
多读多记多问。记单词是英语非常重要的一步，也是英语学习的基础，由于学生基础有限，要他们考130,140分肯定很有难度，那么我们就是目标定在80,90，100分，也就是说我们不搞别的，就抓基 1
础，所以在记单词，读课文方面，我抓的很严，单词必须过关，一遍不行来两遍，两遍不行第三遍。而且记单词的方法我也经常跟他们说，先要会读然后再去记，今天记好了，第二天第三天在花点时间巩固一遍。
其次，就是英语学习需要耐心，需要持之以恒，相信自己，坚持就是胜利。想要靠临时突击，临时抱佛脚的做法不可取也不可行。
比如有一段时间，一个学生学英语很认真，但考试成绩进步不大，他就会灰心丧气，“老师，为什么我这么努力学英语，成绩还是上不去”，我就告诉他，英语是一个慢热的过程，是一个慢慢积累的过程，同时我认为学习英语的过程也是一个吸收别人长处，更新的过程！你只有脚踏实地，慢慢来，才会把它学好。孩子们，你们有信心吗？不能让我失望哦！
我确信：
英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
第三，作业一定要按时独立完成，不要成为学习上的“寄生虫”。作业是老师检查了解学生知识掌握情况的一个有效途径，要求同学们能如实客观地对待作业。知之为知之，不知为不知，宁愿独立完成的空几题的作业，也比完全不经过自己大脑思考抄袭来的作业质量高得多。许多同学自觉性差，平时空空两手回家，早上早早赶来抄，每天我都布置了一定的英语作业，

晚上好！
首先非常感谢大家能从百忙中抽空来参加今天的家长会。我是新担任三年级英语的老师。非常盼望着与您交流，共同探讨孩子成才的问题。大家都知道，我们的学生在小学毕业考时是要参加英语考试的，并且英语成绩也是各重点中学录取学生的一个重要参考。另外，由于中学里已经开始使用与小学英语课本相配套的教材，小学英语基础的好坏也就直接对中学里的继续学习产生很大的影响，因此，我们的学生从现在起就必须认真学习，打好基础。
下面我简单地介绍一下本次英语期中考试的情况。一些同学成绩考得还不错，可是绝大部分还不是很好。也可能是因为换老师的原因。不过家长们不用担心，英语是这学期新加的课，孩子需要时间来适应新的语言不是那么容易，在以后的日子里我会努力帮助他们来学习好这门课。
三年级英语是起始阶段，学习英语的习惯很多是依靠这一学年来养成的。有些五六年级学生感叹自己听不懂或不能很好认读，就是因为在三四年级时没有好的基础造成的，这时候去补就比较困难了。要学好英语，除了课堂要认真听以外，还需要课后的努力巩固。由于是外语学习，光依靠一周二课时是很不够的。孩子必须在家及时对课堂的新授内容及时巩固。因为课堂是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。本学期英语学习的内容：
1、每单元后面都有单词，这就要同学们回家去复习，消化这些单词。词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。
2、课文中的对话，日常交际用语。不要求每个同学都会背，但是要求熟练，流畅的读出来，说出来
3、听力训练：试卷中听力题的比重占三分之二。所以说每天的听录音跟读任务还是不容忽视的。4.配套的基础训练，课堂作业本和平时小测验。在学校老师会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。
为了协助孩子更好地学好英语，请家长配合老师完成以下工作：有磁带的同学一定要听磁带，每天15分钟。没有磁带的同学一定要大声的读课文，读出来是很重要的，家长要鼓励孩子每天大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。背单词是难点，重点，希望家长能都督促一下，单词是慢慢积累下来的，一天背5个单词，一年下来就是1825个单词，多么可观的数字，所以家长一定督促孩子记单词，单词不会就和咱们汉语里不会汉字一样，将寸步难行。
总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯。家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。希望我们向着共同的目标：支持并帮助孩子踏踏实实地学好英语 。

今年的5月28日是农历五月初五，中国的传统节日——端午节。人们会通过赛龙舟、包粽子、喝雄黄酒等形式来来纪念一颗不朽的灵魂——屈原。
据《史记》“屈原贾生列传”记载，屈原，是春秋时期楚怀王的大臣。他倡导举贤授能，富国强兵，力主联齐抗秦，遭到贵族子兰等人的强烈反对，屈原遭馋去职，被赶出都城，流放到沅、湘流域。在流放中，他写下了忧国忧民的《离骚》、《天问》、《九歌》等不朽诗篇，独具风貌，影响深远。公元前278年，秦军攻破楚国京都。屈原眼看自己的祖国被侵略，心如刀割，但是始终不忍舍弃自己的祖国，于五月五日，在写下了绝笔作《怀沙》之后，抱石投汨罗江身死，以自己的生命谱写了一曲壮丽的爱国主义乐章。
屈原死后，楚国百姓非常哀痛，纷纷涌到汨罗江边去凭吊屈原。渔夫们划起船只，在江上来回打捞他的身体。有的渔夫拿出饭团、鸡蛋等食物丢进江里，希望鱼龙虾蟹吃饱了，不会去咬屈大夫的身体了。有的拿来一坛雄黄酒倒进江里，希望晕倒蛟龙水兽，以免伤害屈大夫。后来怕饭团为蛟龙所食，人们想出用楝树叶包饭，外缠彩丝，发展成为棕子。
郭沫若评价屈原为“伟大的爱国诗人”。他开浪漫主义诗歌之先河，创立了“与天地兮同寿，与日月兮同光”的楚辞文体;发明了“惟草木之落兮，恐美人之迟暮” 的香草美人传统。他奔流肆意的想象，源源不绝的才情，似河流汇聚成海一般，浩瀚无垠。我国文史上最长的抒情诗——《离骚》，就是他集毕生心血所成的作品。
屈原死了已有2300年了，今天我们来纪念他，主要是学习他爱祖国爱人民、坚持真理、宁死不屈的精神和他“可与日月争辉”的人格。屈原作为一个改革家，他的政治理念，他的改革期望，都因当时客观残酷的社会条件而失败了。但作为一个伟大的爱国者、思想家和文学家，他却成功了。“举世皆浊我独清，举世皆醉我独醒”是他的气节，“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”是他的伟岸。他如菊的淡雅，如莲的圣洁，强大的精神力量，为后人颂扬，激励感染了无数中华儿女前行的脚步!
屈原的伟大，不仅是他刻骨铭心的诗句，更是他矢志不移的爱国精神，不与奸佞小人同流合污的高风亮节。五千年中华文明史少不了屈原，灿烂的中国文学史少不了屈原。
